Order Processing
All of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Packages lost due to address errors
- Delays caused by customs or postal carriers
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately at ahope2906@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production begins.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Psyche’s House is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances
However, if an issue occurs, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or refund if eligible.
