Refund & Return Policy

At Psyche’s House, we want you to love your order. Because all items are made-to-order, we ask that you review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Minor placement differences in printed designs

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because items are custom printed specifically for you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
